We love cycling and our work takes us out of the office.

For this reason, we don’t keep regular shop hours, and there may be times we can’t accept walk-in requests without prior notice.

Please contact in advance to ensure we have a bike for you.

From January 2026, we will standardize our opening time to 8:30 AM across weekdays, weekends, and national holidays. Please also note that the final return time will be 5:30 PM, in line with our peak season closing hours.

However, please note that our hours may change with limited notice in the event of bad weather or other circumstances. If you’re planning a visit, we recommend contacting us in advance.

Pick-up times are set as appointment times when you make your rental.

Please set your pick up time or make a request upon rental.

Return times can be flexbile and other arrangements can be made so please touch base in advance if you would like an earlier finish time.
